Shipping policy

Shipping is free for purchase of CAD$300 and up to most countries. A flat fee of C$15 applies for lower than $300 purchases.
If a product is instock, shipping usually takes around 2-3 weeks. If the product is a made to order or is sold out, it will take longer. Please contact us for more information for specific product.

Return policy

If the jewelry you got is defect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will assist you with return/exchanges. We will send you pictures and do our best to double check before the jewelries leave our warehouse. 

To keep the prices low, we don’t generally accept returns of a change of mind (we don’t want to factor that into the price and make you pay for something that might not happen).

We paid heavy duties (it could be way more than the price of the jewelry) on the returns people sent back, so it can make the price of the jewelries unrealistic high if we accept returns…pretty sure that neither of us want that happen.

Please note that as organic gems, pearls can’t be “perfect”. We work with one of the largest pearl company in Japan and have a pearl selection team that lives in Japan, in order to make sure that we get the first hand pearls before most other jewelry companies. We have super strict pearl selection policies to ensure that our customers get the top quality pearls. Even so, we can’t say that our pearls are perfect (e.g if you use a magnifying glass to look at them, there will be imperfections). We will let you know ahead about any imperfections before we send them out, so there will be no surprise.
